Cancellation & Refund

At Adrenaline Badge, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

  • To cancel your order, email info@adrenalinebadge.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

1.2. Adrenaline Badge-Initiated Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete information provided.

    • Issues with payment authorization.

    • Unavailability of stock.

  • In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued promptly.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.

  • If the order is canceled within the allowed timeframe (see Section 1.1).

  • If Adrenaline Badge is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer for sticker customization.

  • Customer change of mind after the order is processed.

  • Product misuse or damages caused after delivery.

2.3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email info@adrenalinebadge.com with your order ID and a detailed description of the issue.

  • If applicable, include photos or videos as proof of damage or defects.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method once the claim is verified.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

  • To request an exchange, email info@adrenalinebadge.com with the order ID and details.

  • Replacement items will be shipped after the original product is returned and inspected.

3.3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error by Adrenaline Badge.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at info@adrenalinebadge.com with your order ID and issue details.

  2. Attach any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.

  3. Await confirmation and instructions from our team.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Adrenaline Badge is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Ensure proper packaging and tracking for returns.
